Explore the philosophy, health and wellness benefits, and various branches of yoga during this half day workshop lead by Susie Pfefferkorn on Monday, July 12 from 12:00 - 4:00 pm.
This workshop will begin with learning the basics of what "yoga" is and how it can benefit your daily life - the simplicity of beginning and continuing. Susie will then discuss the 'Eight Limbs of Yoga' and how they are linked to the styles of Asana while you flow through the practice. There will be a 30-minute refreshment break during the program.
You will leave feeling the union between body, mind and spirit and ready for Academy!
