Academy Gives Back: GROW Central Florida

This year NPMA is excited to announce that the for 2022 Academy Gives Back Initiative we will be partnering with GROW Central Florida. Founded in 2015 GROW’s goal is to help develop healthier children by supporting community grass roots wellness initiatives by supplying durable goods and resources to empower basic play and engagement in regular physical activity. GROW Central Florida is making a positive difference in children’s lives through the many ways they support local communities such as providing recess toys to schools and teachers, providing shoes to students in need, revitalizing playgrounds, and helping foster relationships between youths and trusted adults in the community. You can check out some of the great work GROW is doing in the community by visiting their website, http://growcentralflorida.org/index.html.

As part of the Academy Gives Back initiative NPMA is asking attendees to consider bringing an item with them to Academy to donate. You can find a list of items GROW is looking for online here - GROW Wishlist. Bonus points for your team may be up for grabs for anyone who brings an item to donate!
